Hi, I'm Shelley!
PHARMACIST, FITNESS COACH AND PARKINSON'S ADVOCATE
— a pharmacist of 36 years, a group fitness instructor for over 15, and a certified Rock Steady Boxing coach. But more than any title, I’m someone who deeply understands what it’s like to live alongside Parkinson’s.
Both my grandfather and my mother were diagnosed, my mom was just 48 years old. Watching them navigate this disease is what shaped my passion for helping others stay strong, confident, and full of purpose through movement.
I believe that movement is medicine and it doesn’t have to be complicated. It can look like stretching in your living room, practicing balance in the kitchen, or even picking vegetables in the garden. I’m here to help you (or someone you love) move safely, consistently, and joyfully... one step at a time.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, years into your journey, or caring for someone with Parkinson’s, you’re not alone. And I’m so glad you’re here.
